Never been to a tiki bar so I'd be excited to go after the event in Nov! And Nilay, Ladies Night Out is an event that takes place every last Friday of the month on Magnolia Ave. in Burbank. It's from 6-9pm and all the little shops stay open late (antiques, thrift stores, boutiques) and have sales or special discounts. There are also food trucks and stuff, and Pinup Girl Boutique is there now too so another reason to go! It's fun! =)

Although I'd LOVE to go to LNO or a meet up at the boutique (I really want to go so I can try stuff on and get an idea of my actual sizing), there is no realistic way for me to get there from the SGV (via transport) and back home. Downtown is the best for me, but please, don't change things on my account - I'll meet you all when we get closer to home!

In Baldwin Park, which is between El Monte, West Covina, Irwindale, ... Right off the 10Fwy.

Because LNO is on a Friday, I will be coming from Santa Monica because of where my job is. However, I live in Sierra Madre, which is not far from Baldwin Park, so if need be I could take you home. Like I said, I can't make LNO for Oct., but I am in for the Nov. LNO for sure!

I am in a tight spot work wise - because the "holidays" have kicked in retail-wise, I am not allowed to put in for time off... but I think I can swing it for a few hours off (as in request to work that day specifically in the morning and have the evening off). I don't know if it will work, but I am more than willing to give it a shot. Anyone know the date in November?? I have to give 2 weeks request, but the sooner I put it in, the better!!

And ladies - I so appreciate the help with transportation - it means the world to me!!!

If we do make concrete plans to meet up on Nov. 30 for Ladies Night Out, would anyone be interested in renting a party bus to pick us up from the PUG boutique and then to hit up a couple Tiki bars, then drop us back off at PUG? If so, I found a party bus that accommodates 14 passengers or 27 passengers for $75/hr. For 14 passengers for 5 hours, it would be $26 per person or for the 27 passenger bus for 5 hours it would be $23 per person. Just throwing it out there. :)
