Help with Falsies!

I have short, barely there lashes and nothing seems to help!

I've got a dozen or so different mascaras floating around in my purse or makeup drawer, and none seem to make much of a difference. I really like the look of eyelash extensions, but I've never been successful at putting them on myself. I'm a bit of a blinker. I've been working with strips because I thought they'd be easier. If anyone has any tips on what kind of lashes to use (and how to apply) I'd be ever so grateful!

Falsies defiantly require practice but once you nail it then you will wear them all the time. I love strip lashes, have also had extensions but mine also thinned out and as a result I wasn't left with many lashes to work with. I put my liquid liner on first and a coat of mascara, then use duo glue to line the falsies base and let them sit until they are nice and tacky. I'm also a blinker so I put a finger on the outside corner of my eye and pull it slightly to smooth my lid. I place the falsie on and with a really fine brush tip and push down along the base. Depending on your eye shape you can play around with eye shape or cut them into two. When it is dry I then touch up my liner again to fill in any spots and disguise any gaps. Almond oil works well for promoting hair growth.
