reVamp Vintage sale
I am not sure about the etiquette of posting about another retailer here on PUG Style. But here goes, and if this is a faux pas I beg the PUG Goddesses forgiveness. Anyway reVamp Vintage is another manufacturer retailer of retro fashions. They have a 20% off sale going through October 4th. I have had two dresses custom made for me at a price that is competitive with ready to wear fashions. And I am ordering one more during this sale. If you have a little money that is burning a hole in your pocket and you want something especially made for you check them out. BTW they also do ready to wear of their fashions. But the price is the same whether specially made of off the rack. Anyway here is the link:

I have never bought anything from ReVamp, specifically because I think that they go too vintage with the fabrics. When I've tried on their dresses, everything has felt heavy and made me feel dumpy, in a way that other repro fabrics do not.
Am I the only one who has had this experience? I went to their offices a few years ago so their fabrics may have gotten lighter.

Just in case anyone is interested, Revamp is having a holiday sale. Everything is 25% if you spend at least $150. I have now bought three custom made dresses from them and I am totally happy with my purchases. The sexiness quotient is a step down from PUG clothing. And indeed some of the materials that they are made out of are not as easy to care for as modern fabrics. But I think their clothes are fabulous.
