Looking for the Deadly Dames Wide Vinyl Belt in Black, Size Medium!

Bought a dress on here, and didn't know it wasn't coming with the belt until after it arrived.

28 in pushing a S.. I think you're better safe with a medium. It may fit but only on the last hole.
