waist is 24in
and it laces up back and buckles in front. :)

size chart states 24 waist and 34 hips unstretched laying flat.

i will get exact measurements when i'm home :)

i measured and they are true to size chart unstretched laying flat ^_^

I'm not sure how much they will give they dont fit me so i couldnt say for sure how they would fit :/
