Looking for any interesting shops in the Denver/NOCO area .I'm a plus size girl so any of those places would be welcome!

I just went to Candy's vintage in Boulder and also Goldmine Vintage in Boulder. There were some great vintage clothes and accessories there!

Thanks, I'll have to check them out!  Maybe with the husband driving...

It really wasnt that hard to find, and I dont even live in Boulder!

It's just (shudder) driving in Boulder...Longmont is bad enough! Boulder is just nuts!

Yeah, I live in Brighton so I am so not used to sitting in traffic! But Candys was off Canyon on Broadway and Goldmine (which I liked better) was in the Pearl Street Mall off 11th st. The parking garage across the street is free on weekends :)

I'm outside of Ft.Lupton and there's no traffic..I'll have to request a Saturday off and drag the husband..

It kinda depends on what your looking for. Buffalo exchange on broadway is sorta hit or miss for the plus sizes. But they have cute shoes and handbags too. If your looking for true vintage theres Boss vintage also on broadway. I was just in there this weekend but I was mostly window shopping, not looking so much at sizes/prices. Fashionation on 13th (I think?) has goth and rockabilly stuff.

If you shop thrift, ARC thift stores have plus sections. I recommend the one on colfax and Dayton (or around there). They always have a full section. There is also a Torrid out here, but they are a bit of a drive from Denver.

I'm not actually in Denver-I'm up north outside of Ft.Lupton.There is nothing up here,so I thought Denver might be a good jumping off place.

Your not that far from me, I live in Lochbuie, just outside of Brighton! Do you stay at home or work?

Unfortunately I work- at the Safeway here in town...I would love to a SAHM again but with this economy we need my income.. and I like pretty things!

Oh yeah, I think I know where you work, funny! I hear you girl, staying at home is great, but I am broke :) I plan on going back to work when my little one goes to kindergarten next year

There is FashionNation in downtown denver! they sell more punky rockabilly styles, lots of hell bunny. And if you have a Fascinations by you, it is a sex store lol, but they sell pinup style dresses, purses, and t shirts, its a really friendly non scummy adult store I love going there. They have them all around colorado. There is a place called OhmyRave in downtown too and they sometimes have retro styles, ive noticed them have Too Fast brand. Goldmine Vintage in boulder as Jenifer said is really cool and if you go NOT on the weekend, traffic isnt that bad, i went to school in Boulder but commuted and the weekdays arent aweful before or after lunch time.
