i am pretty sure i am a small. what is the waist and hip measurements. i love that dress. the white garden party dress.

The waist measures 13" (flat and unstretched)
And the hip 18"

Would you be interested in trading it for a pair of deadly dames leopard Capri pants in size small? They are BNWT and sold out on the website and retail for $82. Let me know. Also, is the dress lined? How much is this dress new?

The garden party dress retails for $116, and is still new as I have not even taken out of the bag to try it on. And yep, fully lined!

The ginger is also still new, with tags, althogh i did try it on, and the bodice/bust are lined. It is discontinued but sold for $118

Thank you for the offer but the leopard capri's don't work for me, I've purchased and returned them once already :(
