I'm not near the Des Moines anymore but I am from Southeastern Iowa.  We're up in Sioux City, Iowa now.  Used to come from a little Dutch town called Pella.  :)

If you have a meet up, please send out a notice on here and I'll try to make it happen!  I travel down to the south a couple times a month still.  I have to make it to Farmer's Market at least twice this summer!  Man I love downtown DSM!
