If I'm able to fit it in an International Flat Rate Priority envelope (which I don't have at the moment to test), it would probably be about $30 ($24 postage + insurance).

What are the actual bust and waist measurements? I find the website is really inaccurate on these.

Laying flat (which doesn't allow for proper measurement of the bust because it's boned and darted outward... if that makes sense), the waist measures 14" (28" doubled) across unstretched and the bust is 17" across (but again, that's not taking into account outward darting).  I would say that measurements on the website are correct.  I was in between sizes and sized up to Medium because it says the dress has minimal stretch.  Hopefully a Small will work better...
