That looks like a bettie page dress. They used to have one in red and white stripes too. Check out their website, they use this print a lot. =)

Its a bettie page dress from their collection inspired by Elvgreen paintings. You can find one here, i dont know if the seller actually still has it for sale or not. Its from 2011 http://vintagevictory.com/product/lucky-dog

It is the Lucky Dog Dress from Bettie Page , looks really similar to their Hey There Sailor and the other one attached,

I ended up buying it off of this website, shipping ended up being crazy since it was being shipped from England I think, but I think its worth it :) its so cute. Thanks for the link

sucks about the shipping but yeah, I loved mine with the buttons while I had it :) 

Hopefully Australia isn't as crazy about customs as the Netherlands is!

I had ordered it straight from the website, but when I placed my order it said it was the last one.  I had no trouble with them so I didn't have to contact them at all.  Sorry that you weren't able to order it :(  you could try to google it, it may be for sale somewhere else.  its hard to find since it came out a few seasons ago.  Good luck :)
