I purchased the Goassard "Retrolution Waist Cincher" from PUG in black, size XS but unfortunately this item won't work for me. It is NWT.
I read the PUG return policy, and they do not accept returns on lingerie, so I thought I would see if anyone is interested in purchasing it here.

Hi Tiffinie - I have a 24 inch waist and I did try the item on OVER my undergarments - the item fit, but I had a lot of trouble pulling it over my hips (which are 36.5, at the top of the size range). It fit fine in the waist, wasn't too snug and I would say that it would probably even work best on someone with a 25-26 inch waist and maybe around 35 inch hips.
