I would curl your hair up a little tiny bit more, if you possibly have a hair net I would do that, pair it with a red red lipstick because it will look fabulous with your hair and skin. (Mac Russian Red or Ruby Woo are favorites)

it will look really fabulous, but REALLY vintage. You can just go with a flower or so otherwise. How formal is it? Because a ball sounds like the perfect occasion to pull out some opera gloves too! Oh, and black pumps or Mary Janes!

Oh wow! I wouldn't even know where to get a hair net like that in New Zealand :( red lipstick, check! I will head out today & get the perfect colour!

The ball isn't super formal. More like cocktail dress, that's what I have been told anyway!

in which case your lovely blond curls, gloves, stockings, heels, and red lipstick are going to make you look fabulous :) (not that you don't already look fabulous)

My gosh! I tried looking for something cute to wear in my hair today, bad timing I guess. My local cheap but sweet jewelery shop were doing a refit so hardly any stock. Gutted! Out of time so I'm thinking of doing pin curls & curl out the rest of my hair. Just wanted to add a bit of colour or something. I don't have access to the amazing selection of hair accessories that are available on pug :(

The weather is horrible hehe it's winter so gloves & stockings totally work :) might have to do some more shopping today then ;)
