Hi Maria,

I am 5'4 and it hit me just below the knee when I wore it with out a crinoline. I think if you wore it with one, the hem would rise a bit.

Do you know the waist measurements i cant and can't get on the website to check at the moment, but I'm usually a small in DD and how did you want payment

Hi Marie,

The website says 26.5-27.5 inches for the waist. I am anywhere between 27 and 28.5, depending on the day (and if I just ate) and it fit beautifully.
