Review Blog

I know a lot of ladies like to put up reviews of their purchases and some of them even have a great blog up and running (check out lovelypinup.blogspot.com for a great example) 

However I have noticed that while lots of us have reviews, most of us buy items quite sparingly so it's hard to keep up a steady review blog which got me thinking about how great it might be to have a blog that anyone can post to with honest reviews of their pinup purchases/stores they've gone to/brands etc. 

That way someone who only buys every few months can still write a review and maybe help someone else with a purchase, and people who buy all the time can post too. 

Thoughts?

Funnily enough I've been considering starting a review blog, it's just finding the courage to do it that's the problem! I pretty much collect vintage repro (mainly through sales and ebay) & always check out reviews before buying, there are some really helpful ladies out there! So if an open blog was created I'd definitely think about contributing :-) I love PUG Clothing but it would be nice to have somewhere to give a shout out to a few other brands and shops too x

Hi Claire! If you're ever able to post your reviews either here on Pinup Girl Style or on your own product review blog I'd absolutely love to read them!

The more reviews to read the better :)

Why thank you Tahitia :-) I ordered some vamp tops recently and I have to say I wouldn't have done it if I hadn't read all the rave reviews they've had on here (not to mention the lovely pics such as yours!). I have some time off work soon so I might try and organise a post on my fave PUG items if I have the chance x

I'd definitely love to use what you're describing to share my own product reviews Brandy. I don't buy as often these days as I'd like to so I know what you mean Brandy PUG purchases being few and far between.

So yes I'm definitely in favour of having a section devoted just to user product reviews :)
