How about.... Molly Pop or Molly Lolly (Like Lollipop?) or Molly Cat (Using Caitlin).... Not sure if this is what you were thinking or not :)

Betty Moll 

Sweet Molly (any prefixes you prefer - Dear Molly, Dearest Molly, etc.) (Molly means bitter so "sweet' before it is a play on words)

why don't you try introducing yourself as each of them (you can do it with the mirror) and see which one is the easiest to say aloud ?

Of those you like, I like Mollypop the best. First of all, it still uses your given name but in a new form. It is really fun sounding and it does not sound like any of those names which riff on pin up girls of the past or present (you guys know what I mean). But like I always say, it is your name, so you must chose what works for you. And don't worry, you can always change your name
