I would say it runs larger than a pinup girl large. Im a 40-32-40 and it was comfortable. I had a little room around but it looked like it fit. it wasn't baggy at all.

Oh perfect! I'm a little bigger in the hips but same as you elsewhere. I have a few pb tops that vary in fit even tho there the same size.... so just checking!
