Hi Morgan, Definitely interested if it fits. The across-the-shoulders measurement at PUG frustrates me because I don't know where exactly to start measuring. Is this item too big for you? Too small? Measured just under the arms (armpits all the way around) I'm a 37. Please let me know. ~ Helen
