Im about 90% sure it's Ursala from Hell Bunny from a few years ago. I used to work in a store that sells Hell Bunny and that one was always one of my faorites :)

I've never worn it, I just had to stare at it for hours while writing about it ^_^ Main issue that i have with Hellbunny is that they don't really make their dresses for girls with boobs so I'm always afraid to buy stuff with a formed bust. But I think that this one goes very well for the larger bust sector as it looks fabulous on you!

or you can put on a pair of 60 denier tights or a leotard under it , add a warm cardigan over the top and good to go :)
