Interested in the 3XL Mod Cloth Pink Polka Dot Halter Dress... is this a true 3XL? I have trouble finding brands that are not undersized. I'm usually between a sz 24-28.

yes it is. I am solid 2X and the dress falls off me.

my measurements are 46-38-47, and this dress would require at a min size 50+ bust. the back has elastic.

I can see it fitting a 24, but not a 28 at all.
