You  may be able to use one of those giant push up bras to fix the problem, or take it to the tailor, although tailoring around the bust will be expensive

I agree with shy anne; maybe a smaller size would be of better fit?? or, the good old bust trick: 1/2 a tube sock appropriately stuffed in the bottom of each bra cup may help!

Sadly I think a size small would be too tight one my waist and arms :( but I will definetly look into getting a better push up!

I have this exact problem. I took mine to a tailor, and had her snug up the seams at the shoulder. She left the arm opening the same size, and pinched it in at the neck (basically put in a dart at the shoulder seam - not sure if I'm explaining this well!) The fit isn't perfect, but wearable now, and was only $10.

I'm finding this "problem" with all my PUG dresses. I don't have a defined waist (only 6-7 inch difference between bust/waist, and waist/hips) and anything that fits my waist (30")(size L) tends to be too big in the top (I'm a 34D). I sized down in the Birdie to a medium, and while the top fits better (slightly), it isn't comfortable in the waist OR around my ribcage to wear for any length of time. Hmmm, I think I'll be selling some dresses soon! :)

Yes, same here.  I had a seamstress fix mine.  I've also been finding alot of PUG dresses fit in the waist and are huge in the top - and I'm not THAT small chested!  My waist is 29/30 and chest is 38D.

It totally depends on your  body figure...It varies person to person...
