Hi Gaby yes it is! Laying flat the waist measures approx 16" and stretches to approx 17" so that's a 34"-36" waist and it's roughly 28" in length. It's made from 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex so it has a bengaline feel to it. Let me know if you're interested x
