You can go as a 50s starlet, just take a look at Anita Ekburg or Diana Dors, or Barbara Lang, or Bevery Michaels

You could also add a pair of wings and go as a fairy

add a pointed hat and be a sexy witch 

add a pair of vampire teeth and some ghastly makeup and be a vampire (the vamp bolero = perfect for pairing with it in this case) 

Get a jacket and carry a tray around with cigarettes (50s cigarette girl) 

Just add a black mask and opera gloves to be sexy-sultry with a costume

add ears and a tail - Playboy bunny

zombie makeup would look cool with a sexy dress as well :)

I totally agree with those ideas Shy Anne! Especially the cigarette girl idea and the zombie makeup idea :)

Zombie makeup makes every costume cooler ;)
