Hi Jennifer, yes it's still available the measurements are as follows:

Underarm to underarm 38 inches, stretches to 40 inches

Waist 30 inches, stretches to 32 inches 

Hips 38 inches, stretches to 42 inches

Hi Muriel, i'm actually the same size as you, the Trashy Diva dresses do run small. There is absolutely no stretch in the material.

Bust measures: 42 inches to 44 inches maximum

Waist measures: 32 inches to 34 inches maximum
