Will take exact measurement shortly, but my waist is roughly 26 and it zipped up fine, but since there is no stretch daily movement (bending, sitting, etc) Would be uncomfortable. The site said minimal stretch, but in my opinion when pug says that it's basically no stretch. So I wouldn't recommend over 26.5 in this.

So looks like there is minimal stretch when i measured it. and it is just at 13in
