Hi Chelsea... Ooops. Sorry about that. I have to remember that our correspondence in this forum is public. I removed the address and just issued you a full refund. No need to wait until Tuesday for that. I packaged the book and bought postage the same day, February 1st. If the parcel ever does show up, may I respectfully ask that you re-send the $20? I have one last idea I'll pursue to find this missing item. I may have dropped it in the mailbox that's next to a closed-down supermarket. If USPS, decided to stop pickups there and failed to seal the box, with mail accumulating for months, then that's a news story for me. (I'm a journalist.) Anyway, stay beautiful! ~ Helen

OK, I found the tracking number right away. 9400109699938151438403 First Class Package. However, USPS tracking shows the item never was scanned into the system as "accepted" by USPS. It should have arrived by February 7. If it doesn't show up in the next day or two, I owe you a full refund and many apologies. There have been occasions when parcels I've sent are not scanned-in as "accepted" by USPS, but the postal service rarely loses a first class parcel. Let me know. I promise a full refund if it doesn't show up by Tuesday evening. So sorry for the disappointment.
