Bust on birdie?

Flat, the bust measures 18-20" (20 is stretched to the max). Size chart gives 38-39.5. I'd say that's pretty accurate but it should be able to fit up to 40.

What are the measurements on the Collectif flamingo dress? Or can you tell me what the UK size is so I can look it up online? :)

It is a size UK 14. I can get the measurements in a little bit, and I would say it's true to the size chart.
