What is the smallest waist measurement on the matador skirt? Thanks!

Hey there! The smallest measurement is about a 27.5/28 (give or take as it also has adjustable ties at the waist in addition to the adjustable buttons) :)

Don't be sorry! Nothing wrong in being sure. :) the size chart says it goes up to a 31, my waist is a 32 and it fits me.
