doesn't have a tag, possibly handmade? lying flat the waist is 12", suited for no bigger than 26" waist comfortably. fabric is slightly stretchy. no visible stains. comes with original belt, does have some wear. zips up the back. it's in great condition!

has pockets. size SMALL. 12 1/2 inch waist lying flat, fits up to a 27 inch waist. Barely worn. fabric does stretch. zips up the back. it's in great condition.
