Vegan Ranch Dressing

Makes about a pint!

1 Cup of Vegan mayo

1/4 Cup soy milk (make sure it plain and not vanilla not a tasty mistake)

1/2 a onion

4 cloves of garlic

5-6 sprigs parsley

few sprigs of chives

few sprigs of Dill

1 1/2 teaspoons of vinegar

pinch of salt

black pepper to taste

Optional a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce.

Roughly Chop then place everything in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator (i use a mason jar) for up to 10 days.
