Hi ladies! I just wanted to share my beauty recipe for glowing and healthy looking skin. It is one thing to use amazing makeup, but another thing to keep a healthy lifestyle for a woman on the go. (This kinda sounds like an infomercial! HAHA!). I do not always eat my greens as much as I should. But greens such as spinach, collard greens, and kale, are SO nutritious for our bodies that I have seen it do wonders for my skin in a short period of time! So grab your blenders and start blending.
bunch of collard greens
bunch of kale
1 seeded cucumber
1 sliced and seeded apple
1 cup of sliced watermelon
water to speed up the blending process
The combination works for me, but it does taste green!

Kale, spinach,cucumber, frozen berries, frozen pineapple and Chocolate protein powder.
The Pineapple cuts some of the strong flavor out, and is the only way to get my family member to drink a green shake. :)
This is such a good idea! I never would have thought of this (I really don't like kale, spinach, etc).

I've tried the green smoothie in Kimberly Snyders Beauty Detox book. To be honest...I really dont like the tatse but Ive heard it really works so will power on and try it some more! Dita Von Teese swears buy it and follows it religiously.
