I am in love with MAC's False Lashes... a tad pricey but is it AMAZING! There is also a great one from Benefits, it's like the best seller at Sephora.  On the cheaper side, I like the Maybelline Falsies (WP too) but the Revlon ones smear.... Also try Lush.com, heard great things about it.

I love the Maybelline Falsies mascara! It is so good. My skin is super sensitive, too, and I've never had problems with it.

it's an oldie but goodie but I love Cliniques mascara, cant remember its name but it come in a green tube, has a big brush, and I think its like 12....very wet formula, so very black, and lots of volume. It thats too much volume for ya they have another thats 2 different brushes in one for more exactness. Also theres a couple all natural line tarte & korres that are good too. And if you wanna splurge Too Faced has a pricey new one that AMAZING!!!

My eyes are fairly sensitive when it comes to mascara, I use Buxom Lash from Bare Escentuals, it's the only mascara that I've found that I can wear all day without making me itch. While I don't think it's actually waterproof, I can say that it holds up well in hot weather and in the pool (even though I refuse to go underwater when swimming, it holds up well when being splashed in the face for saying I'm not get my hair wet LOL) Cost wise it's around $19 which is alittle more than the drugstore brands but still alot cheaper than most high end brands ^_^

I love "geisha ink" mascara by far. I have very sensitive eyes too and this one doesn't bother me. It lasts great, doesn't smudge and if you forget to wash it off before bed doesn't give you the owl eyes when you wake up in the morning.

Best Mascara EVER!!!! I am just on my first tube, but I get compliments Daily, I highly Recomend this one as well!

I've tried a ton of mascaras and my favorite so far is CoverGirl Lash Perfection.  I'm not sure if they have waterproof formula or not.  I'm sure they do.

Mary Kays ultimate mascara is the most wonderful mascara in the world!!! There waterproof is also amazing! They have a new lash primer as well which works very well! ;)
