What kind of material is it made out of?

Hi there, its like crushed velvet and very stretchy. Very pretty dress but I got it in a wrong size.

Does it have any sort of lining? And would you say it's a flattering velvet? I've been swooning over this dress since I saw it, but I'm so iffy when it comes to velvets.

Hi there, it doesn't have lining but the fabric is just comfortable. It clings nicely to your body without being suffocating. I like velvet too and would say this dress is really lovely and stretches well.

Sorry it took me so long to reply, my internet has been a bit spotty the past few days. Would you say if I wear a XL in their sizes it would still fit and stretch fine? I finally got a chance to look up their size chart and I'm a XL for them. Haha

Bust: 43" Waist: 30" Hips: 43". Thank you very much!

My waist is 30" and hips 42", but bust 38" and I wear a padded bra so its just nice and there is still quite some stretch This dress really stretches and draped very well so I think you can give it a try. Else you can wear shapewear underneath too :)
