I really love the Bettie Page dress but I think an XS would be too small for me, unless it'll stretch a lot. Is the material very stretchy?

Hi. Here are the unstretched to stretched measurements to give you an idea of the fit. Bust: 32-37" (bust have built-in cups), Waist: 24-28", Hips: 32-36/37". The velvet material is stretchy and is 100% polyester. Thank you.
